One list per city, built from every review site at once
Realtor Review Search exists because agent reviews are scattered across half a dozen platforms, and no one has time to read all of them.
Search for a realtor in any city and you get the same problem: Zillow shows one set of reviews, Google another, Yelp a third, and the agent’s own site shows only the good ones. Sales history lives somewhere else again. Putting it together takes an afternoon, and most people don’t have one.
Realtor Review Search does that afternoon of reading for you. For each city we look at Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Google, Yelp, Experience.com, Homes.com, and the agents’ own websites. We note who keeps coming up, how many reviews they have, how those reviews average out, how many homes they have sold, and at what prices. Then we write it up as one guide with the sources linked so you can check our work.
What a guide is
A guide is a short list of the agents who are most consistently recommended for a city or a price segment, with the review and sales figures we found next to each name. It is a starting point for your own interviews, not a verdict. The right agent for a $900,000 condo is rarely the right agent for a $4 million estate, and a guide says so.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell placement. Agents can’t pay to appear, move up, or have a figure left out.
- We don’t sell leads or forward your details to anyone. There is no form that sends your name to an agent.
- We don’t publish addresses or pin agents on a map. The only pin on any guide marks the city itself.
- We don’t invent ratings. Every number is quoted from a named source with the date we checked it.
